​​​Unless otherwise noted, participants can register and begin at any time between 10:00 am and 12:00 noon. Control flags are collected beginning at 2:00 pm. (participants must check in and finish the course by this time). Free instruction is available at all meets--no experience is necessary. If you would like instruction, please arrive before 11 am (it's also a good idea to tell the meet director in advance that you'd like some training). Regular local meet fees are $5 for WCOC members ($10 maximum per family), $10 for non-members ($20 maximum per family). $3 additional per person for family members. • Event: Mini-Rogaine/Score-O (find as many controls as you can, in any order, in the allotted time)

• Courses: 1.5 hour and 3 hour divisions; plenty of beginner controls will be included so all experience levels are welcome 

• Time: Mass start 10:30 am for 3 hour, 12:00 pm (noon) for 1.5 hour; finish for both divisions by 1:30 pm; maps distributed 30 minutes prior to starts

• Cost is $15 for members, $20 for non-members, and $10 for all juniors. Pizza cost is $5/person. Pre-registration is required and available through midnight on May 24 on EventReg. A limited number of maps may be available on the event day, but in such case, please email the registrar in advance.

Per the recommendations in the OUSA Communicable Disease Policy (Effective February 1, 2023), WCOC will follow all current local and national
regulations in effect for each venue.

Courses will be available for most events on Livelox.com shortly after the event is over. Livelox allows you to upload GPS tracks and watch your route tracks on the course map. You can also view the routes of other participants who upload their tracks and compare multiple peoples' tracks. Be sure to record your route using a GPS (e.g., a Garmin watch) when you start your course so you can upload it later.
